Check out the Great Place to Work link! https://www.greatplacetowork.com/certified-company/7044353 Essential Functions: As the Hospice Executive Director, you will lead and oversee the daily operations, clinical excellence, and community presence of our hospice organization. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, financial performance, and continued program growth. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven leader who is passionate about end-of-life care and committed to supporting patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Provide overall leadership, direction, and operational oversight for the hospice program Ensure delivery of compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with hospice philosophy and standards Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies Lead, mentor, and support an interdisciplinary team including clinical, administrative, and support staff Manage budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals Develop and execute strategic plans for growth, community engagement, and service expansion Build strong relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources, and community organizations Monitor quality metrics and implement performance improvement initiatives Foster a positive, mission-driven culture focused on excellence, dignity, and respect Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare administration Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, reimbursement, and compliance standards Demonstrated experience managing budgets, operations, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to drive growth while maintaining quality of care Preferred Credentials Experience with Medicare/Medicaid hospice regulations and survey readiness Track record of successful program development and community outreach What Makes Us Different: People-First Culture: WE truly value and support our team.
