New Age Hospice is seeking a Hospice Growth Representative Location: El Paso, TX The Hospice Growth Representative is responsible for generating referrals and admissions by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources. This role focuses on educating the community about hospice services and ensuring patients and families receive compassionate, timely care. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to grow hospice census and market share. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations. Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote hospice services. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless patient transitions. Track and report referral activity, conversion rates, and market trends. Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking functions. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to hospice marketing. Qualifications: Degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in hospice, home health, or senior care. Strong understanding of hospice philosophy and services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Working Conditions: Frequent travel within assigned territory. Occasional evening or weekend events. Hybrid office/field-based role.
