This is an Hourly position. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: ​The Home Care Aide is under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist and in accordance with a plan of treatment to provide personal care and emotional comfort to patients in a variety of settings. The Home Care aide travels to patient homes and provides in-home care to assigned patients daily. The care provided must be age appropriate and the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of the patients are to be met. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED Licenses/Certifications: CNA-Certified Nurses Assistant Other Licenses/Certifications: Valid Drivers License in current status BLS Certification from the American Heart Association Other skills/knowledge: Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
