Chandler Hall, a non-profit, Quaker facility, provides high-quality care for older adults in Newtown, Bucks County, and offers a wide spectrum of services for individuals at all stages of the aging process including Community Living, Personal Care, Residential Hospice, Home Hospice, Independent Living, Respite Care, and Skilled Nursing Care.  We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Nurse Liaison to serve in a consultant role, acting as an advocate for hospice and palliative programs and providing education for healthcare professionals. Act as a Liaison between the hospitals and the hospice  to improve care for all patients who are terminally ill and specifically to provide better management of hospice patients.  Job Responsibilities include: * Responsible for the profitable marketing of hospice services. These customers may include, but are not limited to Physicians, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Medical Institutions and Community organizations. * meeting or exceeding the profitable growth of referrals and increasing length of stay. * Responsible for coordinating and marketing all hospice contracts. This includes monitoring the progress of individual contracts and collecting all relevant data. * Work with the Senior Management  in identifying and qualifying potential new services to meet customer needs. * Participates in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans. *  keeping a record of all existing customers, tracking trends, markets, and demographics. *  forecast needs, set priorities and adjusting marketing efforts based on data analysis. *  follow-up on all marketing efforts . Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related healthcare field Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania preferred  Experience in the field of hospice marketing  1.
