We’re hiring a Hospice Liaison – a dynamic and compassionate professional who builds relationships with referral sources, promotes Silverado’s hospice services, and supports families in accessing care. This role combines sales expertise with a mission-driven approach to connect patients with dignified, meaningful end-of-life care. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Silverado Hospice Meet sales quotas and conversion ratio requirements Generate qualified, professional referrals that contribute to census development Promote and position Silverado’s programs and services to medical professionals, civic organizations, and the community through regular visits Introduce and sell hospice services to industry professionals, families, and individuals in a manner that reflects Silverado’s quality of care Manage sales territory and maintain a contact database Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in healthcare (Hospice, Home Health, or Senior Living) required Strong time management and organizational skills Proven ability to manage a sales territory and contact database Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred Why Choose Silverado?
