POSITION OVERVIEW • Field-based hospice sales and relationship development role focused on territory growth and referral management • Established local territory with opportunity to expand referral partnerships and account relationships • Independent field role supported by intake, clinical, and operational teams • Mission-driven hospice organization focused on compassionate end-of-life care • Central Arkansas market offering strong healthcare referral networks and territory growth opportunity COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 • Uncapped monthly commission structure • Bonus structure: $3,000 at 15 points plus $150 per additional point • $500 new-account kicker bonus SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday field schedule • Defined local territory coverage • Independent field-based workflow structure ROLE • Build and manage hospice referral relationships throughout assigned territory • Grow and maintain existing account relationships within local healthcare market • Develop new referral partnerships supporting hospice admissions growth • Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams during patient transitions • Utilize CRM-supported workflow for territory and referral management • Represent organization within healthcare community and local market networks ENVIRONMENT • Field-based healthcare sales environment • Independent territory management structure • Collaborative support from intake and clinical teams • Relationship-driven business development model • Mission-focused hospice organization BENEFITS • Health insurance with 90% employer contribution • Dental and vision insurance • 25 days paid time off annually • Paid holidays • Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile • $40 monthly cellphone allowance • 401(k) retirement plan with 5% employer match • Employee Assistance Program • Mental health days • Tuition assistance available • Relocation assistance available Requirements • Minimum 2 years hospice, home health, or healthcare sales experience REQUIRED • Existing local referral relationships REQUIRED • No active non-compete or ability to obtain release REQUIRED • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation REQUIRED • Strong relationship-building and territory management skills REQUIRED • Comfortable working independently in field-based environment REQUIRED • Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset REQUIRED Not ready to formally apply?
