Hospice Marketing / Business Development Representative Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Employment Type, Schedule, Compensation Full-Time | Permanent Field-Based | DFW Territory Monday–Friday | Day Schedule Base Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 (based on experience and production) Bonus Plan: Performance-based incentives tied to admissions growth About the Role We’re looking for a proven hospice marketer who knows how to grow census and build strong referral relationships across the DFW market. If you currently generate consistent hospice admissions and understand how to work hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and physician offices, this is the kind of role where your production will be recognized and rewarded. This is hospice-focused only. Direct hospice marketing experience is required. What You’ll Do- Responsibilities Manage and grow a defined DFW territory. Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physicians. Drive consistent monthly admissions aligned with growth targets. Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility and Medicare guidelines. Track referral activity and maintain accurate CRM documentation. Work closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions. Monitor market activity and identify new growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For Required 2–3+ years of direct hospice marketing experience. Consistent history of producing 8–15+ hospice admissions per month. Strong knowledge of hospice eligibility and Medicare regulations. Ability to manage a territory independently and hit growth targets. Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Established DFW referral relationships. Experience tracking metrics in a CRM. Strong collaboration skills with hospice clinical teams.
