In this position, you establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers in the market.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
- Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources.
- Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs.
- Maximizes census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations in accordance with the Home Health and Hospice goals.
- Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic through geographic planning, completion of daily marketing/admission action plans, targeting account assignments, adherence to account assignments, sales call frequency, strategy for account development, and vertical account development.
- Manage marketing/sales budgets.
- Track and evaluate referrals.
- Responsible to ensure external sales calls effectively.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.
