Description Providence at Home is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence at Home is hiring for a Hospice Massage Therapist for PRN in Homer Glen, IL. The visit rate is $60/visit, with an hourly rate of $27.00-$29.00/hour for meetings and training. Milage Reimbursement is included. Provides gentle massage, Comfort Touch, Reiki or other gentle forms of body work. Serves as an integral member of the hospice interdisciplinary team in various settings including the home, in-patient units, and skilled nursing facilities. Assist team and provides input to the plan of care as appropriate. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Schedule Available: Weekdays, Evenings or Weekends. Requirements Current Licensure as a Massage Therapist by the state of Illinois. Graduation from an accredited school of massage therapy. EOE #LOW1
Responsibilities
