The PRN Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care coordination and support to hospice patients and their families. The PRN Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating care services, and providing emotional support throughout the end-of-life journey. Key responsibilities include: Clinical Assessment Symptom Management and Pain Control Emotional Support and Counseling Care Coordination and Collaboration Documentation and Compliance What do you need?
