VALUES: Accessibility, Integrity, Achievement, Supportive Environment Position Overview: As an In-Home Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) with Tri-Cities Chaplaincy, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality hospice care in the comfort of patients' homes. Your responsibilities encompass providing skilled nursing care, pain management, and emotional support to patients facing end-of-life challenges. You will work collaboratively with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care and comfort during their journey. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 1. Associate Degree in Nursing. 2. Unrestricted Registered Nurse Licensure in Washington State 3. Excellent verbal and written communication. 4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 5. Moderate computer skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Available to work on-call a minimum of two-holiday shifts per year. 8. This position is designated as safety-sensitive and will require passing a pre-employment drug testing, which includes cannabis testing in WA State. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Compensation Hiring Range: $37.67/hour - $57.22/hour $3,000 Sign-On Bonus: New hires are eligible to receive a $3,000 bonus upon successful completion of 90 days of continuous employment in good standing Premiums: · $2.50/hour Weeknight · $2.25/hour Weekend day · $4.75/hour Weekend Night · $4.00/hour On Call Standby Note regarding the listed pay range: Hiring Range: The starting pay range offered to new hires, depending on experience and qualifications. Only access information on a need-to-know basis. 5. Transportation: Maintain reliable personal transportation. Maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance per state requirements. 6. Health Requirements: Satisfy state and agency health requirements by providing proof of immunization, declinations, or approved accommodations as applicable. 7. Screenings: Pass criminal background and drug screenings. 8. Training and Orientation: Complete agency and departmental orientation and required training programs. 10. Continuing Education: Complete ongoing education, policy reviews, and training be designated deadlines. 11. Work Availability: Be available to work as assigned or scheduled.
