Why You’ll Love Working with Interim As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) with Interim, you’ll enjoy: * Competitive salary ranging from $78000 - $86000 per year DOE, plus mileage reimbursement * Flexible scheduling that supports true worklife balance and autonomy * Dedicated 1:1 patient care, allowing you to focus on quality care, not volume * Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, vision, and an HSA with employer contribution * 401(k) with employer match to help you plan confidently for the future * Support for your growth and wellbeing, including free CEUs, tuition assistance, and fitness reimbursement What You’ll Do As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), you will: * Completes an initial/comprehensive assessment of the patient/family to determine hospice needs. * Completes ongoing assessments of the patient’s physical status and the psycho-social status of the patient/family. * Initiates and develops a plan of care in collaboration with the IDG, the patient/family, and the physician. * Makes necessary revisions to the IDG plan of care as the patient’s/family’s status and needs change. * Primarily responsible for the coordination of care among IDG members and other providers external to the IDG to ensure the continuous assessment of the patient/family needs, as well as the implementation of the IDG plan of care to guide the delivery of services and achieve the goals of hospice care. * Evaluates and coordinates the need for services provided to the patient/family in accordance with the IDG plan of care. * Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician in accordance with nursing standards of practice. * Provides education and interventions to support the effective management of the patient’s pain and other physical symptoms as well as assesses the patient/family’s response to intervention and treatment What You’ll Need * Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program * Active South Carolina RN license or Compact License * Minimum one year of nursing experience * Hospice experience preferred Apply Today If you are a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding Hospice opportunity in Greenville, SC, we encourage you to apply and join a compassionate, patient focused team.
