This is an exciting opportunity for hospice aides interested in providing end-of-life care at a new 10-bed hospice facility. Seeking to fill 12-hour shifts, day and overnight available. Job Responsibilities: Provide bedside care to terminally ill patients residing at the hospice house following the established plan of care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive, courteous, and helpful attitude toward all patients and their families and a commitment toward exceeding the needs of our customers. Schedule and Weekly Hours: 12-hour shifts, day and overnight available. Education, Skills, and Experience: Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant Current Massachusetts certification in good standing A minimum of two years prior experience in community health, long term care facility, oncology, or a related field preferred. Ability to be a team player and work harmoniously with patients, families, co-workers, and management.
