As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. Licensure: Current State license in the state of practice. Current driver’s license. Current CPR Certification. Experience: Two (2) years' experience in a clinical care setting and one (1) year full-time hospice. Skills: Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Knowledge of state and federal regulations. Good interpersonal skills. Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.
Responsibilities
The On-Call RN is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients of all ages in their residence during off-hours and weekends. This role also involves coordinating care with the Interdisciplinary Team, patients, families, and referring agencies.
