The Opportunity As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will serve as the primary clinical leader for your assigned patients, guiding care with expertise, compassion, and precision. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team in an organization that prioritizes quality outcomes, ethical practice, and clinician respect.
