Our Social Workers identify and foster coping skills and strengths within patients and families. They play a crucial role within the interdisciplinary team, addressing psychosocial stressors and collaborating to enhance the quality of end-of-life care for patients and their loved ones. COMPENSATION (COLORADO ONLY): Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and expertise. Our starting range is between $60,000 to $70,000 annually. SCHEDULE: The schedule for this position entails Monday through Friday day shifts.
