We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Volunteer Coordinator who thrives on building relationships, strengthening community connections, and supporting a mission-driven team. About the Role In this role, you’ll lead our hospice volunteer program—from recruiting and onboarding to training, coaching, and ongoing support. You’ll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to match volunteers with patient and family needs, ensuring they serve safely, meaningfully, and in alignment with hospice standards.
