ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated people to join the casual pool in Hotel Services which covers Catering and Cleaning areas at the Mercy Care Centre Young.
To be considered for this position you will need to meet the following criteria:

Knowledge of food safety guidelines and completion of food handlers course

Experience in general domestic and food service duties including working with relevant chemicals and equipment.

Understanding of hygiene and infection control
-
Sound manual handling practices
-
Ability and willingness to work a rotating roster that will or may include weekends
