Responsibilities The Hospital Informatics Analyst ensures organizational success by actively participating in the planning, development, implementation, education, and training of clinical and operational documentation. This role will focus on operational excellence by improving work and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes, ensuring organizational needs are met, and delivering high-quality services to stakeholders. Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate’s degree. Additional years of experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Pharmacy Certified Technician, Certified Radiology Technician, or Certified Respiratory Therapist. 1 year of experience in the related healthcare field. Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field. Licensure in home state; Compact licensure. Informatics experience. Master's degree in healthcare, business, or healthcare-related field desired.
