Position Overview: As a Hospital Liaison, you will be the key point of contact between JFK Hospital and our external partners. Your role is essential in ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and support for our patients and their families, as well as with referring physicians and community organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or customer relations preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Educate patients and families about our services, programs, and available resources.
• Coordinate patient transfers and admissions in collaboration with medical staff and case managers.
• Conduct outreach activities to promote hospital services and programs within the community.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions of care for patients.
• Address concerns from patients, families, and healthcare providers to enhance the overall patient experience.
