You will submit a census, with a breakdown of reimbursement, and in-hospital totals twice daily. You will create and execute a marketing plan to increase the census. You will develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the facility. With a majority of time allocated to external sales development. Requirements Hospital Liaison Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in nursing or a related field. Knowledge of sales and healthcare. Excellent communication skills, using diplomacy and discretion. Excellent organizational skills. Professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
The Hospital Liaison is responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships to increase the facility's census and quality resident mix. This includes submitting census reports twice daily and creating and executing a marketing plan focused on external sales development.
