Description The hospital Maintenance Manager oversees the safe operation, maintenance, and compliance of critical facility systems. Responsibilities include directing preventative maintenance, managing engineering staff, and ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., OSHA, Life Safety codes). The Maintenance Manager recruits, trains, and supervises maintenance and engineering staff. This position is Full-time, subject to 24-hour on call.
