In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Managing DVM to lead day-to-day operations and shape a thriving, high-performing clinic environment. You’ll help us drive results, develop your team, and engage every client interaction with empathy and clarity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead with a balance of heart and strategy, developing a high-performing team, delivering coaching, and fostering a positive culture.
  • Own hospital operations including payroll, inventory, policy compliance (CVO/Controlled Substances), and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Managing DVM to support staffing needs, from hiring and onboarding, to performance management and team building.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience, resolving issues with compassion, professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Use your problem-solving and planning skills to manage costs, optimize revenue, and support long-term success.
  • Lead through ambiguity with confidence, courage, and clarity, knowing when to adapt, when to push forward, and how to keep the team aligned through change.
