The Role This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings clarity, structure, and accountability into a busy hospital environment. You will set expectations, follow through, and ensure the hospital runs in a consistent, professional, and predictable way. This role requires a mature, grounded leader — someone who is comfortable making decisions, holding people accountable, and leading from the front.
