THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our National Marketing Team to deliver marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. There will be specific focus on delivering activity-based growth across Ramsay Health Care and its range of services with priority on national and localised campaigns for key service lines.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

  • Work collaboratively with National Marketing Team and Ramsay hospital and health services leaders and experts to develop national and localised marketing content and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform future strategy and grow our market share.
  • Collaborate with team members from the marketing, brand, communications and doctor engagement functions to leverage their skillsets as required and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Support the organisation to build a highly integrated healthcare system that benefits patients and drives loyalty to the brand.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE

  • Proven experience in a similar role delivering targeted marketing strategies in a complex environment.
  • Expertise in traditional and digital marketing including the use of marketing software and tools.
  • Experience taking complex information and translating it into targeted content for a range of marketing channels to improve customer experience and increase engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to deliver on set KPIs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
