You will provide hands-on clinical pharmacy services, support patient care and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. This is the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and gain clinical experience that will open doors to future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients or outpatients.
• Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes such, as therapeutic drug monitoring, to ensure quality use of medicine is upheld.
• Work cooperatively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide advice regarding patient care.
• Contribute to our 7-day roster, including flexible hours and on-call service.
