SPECIALITIES: Cardiology, Critical Care, Emergency, Inpatient Oncology, Transplant We are seeking a highly motivated clinical pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team in a large academic teaching hospital. Specialized practice areas are available based on your interest and experience including: Cardiology Critical Care Emergency Medicine Oncology (Inpatient) Transplant This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment providing services including but not limited to: assessing patient needs, incorporating age and disease specific characteristics into drug therapy and patient education, adjusting care according to patient response, and providing clinical interventions to detect, mitigate, and prevent medication adverse events. Clinical pharmacists work directly with physicians, other health professionals and patients to provide all aspects of patient care, including clinical and distributive tasks as well as other assignments or projects as directed by the Pharmacy Leadership Team.
