Description A leading global medical device company is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to join its growing sales team in Minnesota. This organization is recognized for delivering innovative, non-invasive technologies that improve patient care and hospital support outcomes. Their products are considered the gold standard in the industry, backed by strong clinical data and best-in-class performance. Position Overview The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key hospital accounts throughout Minnesota. This individual will build strong clinical and administrative relationships while promoting a portfolio of industry-leading diagnostic products. Common examples include: Blood pressure cuffs Pulse oximeters ECG/EKG leads Respiratory monitors Temperature sensors Capnography (some forms) Wearable telemetry monitors Continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) Responsibilities • Manage and grow a designated hospital-based sales territory throughout Minnesota • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinicians, hospital leadership, and key decision-makers • Drive product adoption through clinical education, in-servicing, and consultative selling • Execute strategic territory plans to exceed revenue targets • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive products, and clinical data • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success • Travel throughout the territory as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 3 years of successful medical device sales experience • Prior hospital sales experience required • Documented track record of sales success, including awards, rankings, or quota achievement- Yes, I mean ACTUAL NUMBERS AND METRICS! Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $90,000 • Total Compensation at Plan: $230,000 – $320,000+ • Car Allowance Provided • Full Benefits Package • No Relocation Location • Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, NO RELOCATION • Territory Coverage: Minnesota • Travel Requirement: Approximately 40%
