Individuals must be personable and compassionate, as they serve patients and visitors of Fairview Health Services/M Health patient care facilities. Shift Part Time: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 3:00PM Responsibilities Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts. Maintaining an acceptable attendance record as defined by Cornerstone Parking Group is a key component to this position. Report to work in proper uniform. Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing wheelchairs as needed, providing information and directions, etc. Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles. Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas. Keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear. Adherence to HIPAA guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Valid driver’s license and responsible driving record. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred. 1 yr. customer service experience preferred. Possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers with courtesy and professionalism. Consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and our client. High standard of integrity; reliable, responsible. Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language. Physical demands: Able to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods of time (including moving up and down stairs on a regular basis). Being on your feet and moving accounts for approximately 95% of time during shift, depending on parking volume, day of the week, time of day and location. Driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes. Basic computer knowledge Ability to withstand varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
