Department Overview Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University are seeking Hospitalists to join our established Hospitalist Division in Astoria, Oregon. This position offers the opportunity to provide hospitalist services at a Critical Access Hospital on the Oregon Coast while having an affiliation with the state of Oregon¿s only academic medical center. Practice Details Physician led hospitalist program where person-centered care is prioritized. Prioritize work-life balance with a 158 annual shift requirement. Average of 13.2, 12-hour shifts per month including day and night shifts. Tele-intensivists are available for consultation on all ICU patients. Collaborative hospitalist division with daily APP coverage. Growing and financially strong organization. Compensation and Benefits Shift based compensation model with differential for swing and night shifts. $20,000 hiring bonus. $5,000 annual CME stipend. Relocation bonus or hospital owned housing provided during scheduled shifts. Comprehensive benefits including retirement plan options with employer matching contributions. Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
