Description
Job Description A newly created role with room to grow, shape, and truly make your own. At Rituals, we’re expanding our Hospitality & Leisure channel, bringing our brand into inspiring spaces like boutique gyms, vibrant restaurants, golf clubs, and offices across Europe. We’re looking for a commercial, proactive, and relationship-driven Account Manager who’s eager to take ownership, build structure, and turn opportunity into impact. As part of our B2B Partnerships team, you’ll act as the sales expert guiding local Account Managers and distributors across Benelux, Iberia, the UK, France, and DACH. You’ll define the sales approach, coach and inspire market teams, and bring Rituals to life in the right places, not just more of them. Key responsibilities include: Shape and grow a new business area: define a clear sales and partnership strategy per market, guiding local teams as they expand into new channels. Be the sales expert: coach and support local Account Managers (based in the markets), helping them apply a commercial lens, develop sales tools, and execute with excellence. Guide market teams to the right opportunities: advise on which hospitality and leisure venues best fit Rituals’ brand positioning, supporting local teams as they build and maintain relationships in their markets. Advise and manage distributors: work closely with our Benelux distributor and others to analyse performance, forecast sales, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Guide and influence stakeholders: from LHO Managers and Account Managers to distributors and internal teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail. Bring insights to life: use analytics to track performance, spot trends, and ensure we’re growing in the right way focused on quality and brand fit rather than volume. Qualifications High on energy, low on ego, and little bit of humour. You're an energetic relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for hospitality. You thrive on creating new opportunities, influencing others, and turning brand potential into meaningful partnerships. On top of this, you bring: 5-7 years' experience in a sales-driven B2B or hospitality role, ideally in FMCG, beverages, hotels, or leisure. Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable advising and influencing across multiple markets and functions. Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into action. Strategic mindset, with the drive to build and shape a new channel. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English. Ok with travel every 4-5 weeks to connect with local markets, build relationships, and explore new opportunities. Entrepreneurial, creative, and eager to grow something from the ground up. About the Team The role is based at our Herengracht HQ, and you will join our B2B Partnerships team of 12 passionate colleagues, and work closely with local market teams across Benelux, Iberia, UK, France, and DACH. Together, you’ll grow our presence in the hospitality and leisure sector ensuring we reach the right places, not just more of them. Next steps: Submit your application via our Careers Site. Our recruiter, Camilla Milson, will contact you within 10 working days. First and second interviews with the team, including an online assessment and a case study. In the event of a positive outcome, you will receive the terms of employment.
