We are hiring for a Hospitality Aide (HA) to join our team. The HA will work closely with our clinical staff and support services teams, managing various non-clinical tasks to ensure smooth operations. Individuals hired as Hospitality Aides at our facility must earn their C.N.A. certificate within six months of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate or GED certificate or equivalent
• Successful completion of a Home Health Aide (HHA) or PCA program
• Previous experience in hospitality or healthcare setting
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Basic understanding of safety, hygiene, and infection control practices
• Possess a driver’s license

• Act as backup support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, orderly, and fully stocked with necessary supplies such as linens, towels, and toiletries.
• Assist housekeeping staff with turning over rooms after check-out or discharge.
• Help serve and clear meals, ensuring dietary preferences or restrictions are observed.
• Assist with laundry operations, including folding and organizing clean items.
• Provide a friendly, attentive presence and a positive experience for all individuals served.
