We are seeking a Part-time Hospitality Aide to support carrying out our mission to deliver quality care to our residents! Benefits: https://www.providencelifeservices.com/application/files/9517/3342/6965/PLS_HR_Benefits_Flyer_IL_IN.pdf Schedule: Shift Schedule Varies, Some Weekend Availability Required The primary purpose of your job position is the provision of resident services, menu selection, pass trays, serving of meals and meal services, and other tasks as needed to facilitate the continued well-being of the resident. • Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents. • Pass out resident menus, collect and tally meal needs • Serves meals that are attractive in appearance. • Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures. • Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Clean equipment as used. • Sweep floor as needed. • Clear and carry soiled dishware to wash areas. • Return clean dishware to proper storage areas for next meal. • Keep work areas clean, dry, and free of hazardous equipment, supplies. • Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining rooms as instructed. • Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet. Requirements Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Available to work weekends. On the job training provided.

Responsibilities

The Hospitality Aide is responsible for providing resident services, including menu selection and meal service. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness and safety in the dining areas and assisting with food preparation.
