Blanca is opening soon and we're looking for an experienced Night staff ,

This is a hands-on role combining exceptional cocktail making with wine and food knowledge . You'll be responsible for create an outstanding guest experience.

About You

• Minimum 1 year'experience as a waiter , with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Confident working in a high-volume environment.
• Passionate about wine, coffee, food and genuine hospitality.
• Friendly, organised and calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, professional customer service.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Assist with ordering, stock control and daily operations.
• Work closely with ownership to help build Blanca's service culture.
