Responsibilities

As the vocational trainer you will be responsible for supervising all hospitality operations, which include restaurant management, barista training, and overall guest services. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring compliance with critical operational standards such as allergy awareness, food safety regulations, time management, and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) compliance.
You will have the opportunity to design and implement an engaging, industry-aligned training programme that will hone the skills of our student team, preparing them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
This is a fixed-term contract working 18.5 hours per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during term-time (0.42 FTE) until July 2026.
