As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing service excellences to our customers, guests and clients on events, conferences and meeting rooms. Job Type: Full Time 40h Salary: £14.32 hourly + overtime Monday to Friday Responsibilities: To collect, set-up and deliver all food service, hospitality room, and conference services as required. Clean and polish all cutlery and glasses/crockery for the next event Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guest in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner. To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed. To serve our guests with a genuine and positive demeanour. All service should be efficient and of the highest quality. To work on licenced bars serving alcoholic beverages To be able to use coffee machines Assist with the ordering and deliveries as required Preparation of all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and if not reporting this to your line manager To undertake any other reasonable tasks that may be required in order to meet the needs of the business Qualifications Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage) Excellent communication skills Takes the initiative Excellent time management Supportive / Team player Strong presentation skills Excellent customer care skills
