Description
We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join us here at Castle Village within our village food, beverage, and hospitality team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences. This is a part-time position (24 hours per week over 4 days, weekends included) week. Key Responsibilities: Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs. Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary. Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with residents. Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes. Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes. Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices.
