QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–2 years of experience in facilities, office services, or hospitality support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with light cleaning duties including restroom upkeep and floor care
• Proactive mindset and ability to escalate issues appropriately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with Condeco or other workspace reservation tools is a plus
