JOB SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Site Manager, performs related duties in the daily preparation and housekeeping of conference rooms/pantries/lunchrooms for everyday use, client events, and meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively.
· Work involves quality control and strong attention to detail.
· Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness; develop innovative approaches and ideas.
· Adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
· Work involves varying degrees of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Performs daily pantry checks at set intervals throughout the day to restock supplies as necessary.
· Checks conference room calendar daily and provides a completed schedule to the Site Manager.
· Completes meeting/event set-ups according to scheduled meeting needs/requirements.
· Performs final inspection/walk-through of rooms at designated timeframe prior to meeting/event for proper conformance to client needs and desires.
· Performs necessary clean-up of rooms after meeting/event including restocking supplies, removing trash, sweeping/vacuuming, and cleaning sinks, countertops, and refrigerators, as applicable.
· Checks all inventory and ensures supplies are stocked.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides some light facilities maintenance duties as needed such as cleaning marks on doors and walls, changing light bulbs, and spot-cleaning carpets.
· Identifies and reports any building maintenance issues to the client or proper building authorities.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
