REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we’ve served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. Responsibilities

The Hospitality Attendant will work within the dining room team and reports directly to the shift leaders in charge. The Hospitality Attendant will support the dining room staff to ensure that the restaurant is running at its fullest potential. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Front of House staff and Dining Room Hosts in their tasks.
  • Engaging with guests through regular table touchings.
  • Finding the “little things” to spread joy to guests.
  • Exemplifying the Core 4 principles (Create eye contact, Share a smile, Speak with a friendly tone, Always say “My pleasure.”)
  • Delivering Second Mile Service
  • Creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for every guest.
  • Refilling condiment stations.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting any returned sauces.
  • Cleaning bathrooms.
  • Mopping as necessary.
  • Parking lot checks.
  • Maintaining clean dining room tables.
  • Upholding CFA facility cleanliness standards.
  • Keeping windows clean.
  • Other duties as assigned.
