Requirements Previous breakfast cook, line cook, or short-order cook experience required. Experience preparing eggs and made-to-order breakfast items is a plus. Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Availability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as business demands require. Illinois Food Handler Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire). ServSafe certification is a plus. We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in preparing quality food every shift. Is dependable and arrives ready to work on time. Stays calm and organized during busy breakfast periods. Communicates well with teammates. Pays attention to detail while working efficiently.
