Job Description

• You will be responsible for welcoming the Executive team/ VIP guests on their arrival and hosting them throughout their meeting, ensuring their needs are fully anticipated and met, with service of an exceptional standard.
• Deliver an unparalleled level of service and cater to the unique preferences and requests of the Executive team, ensuring their utmost satisfaction and comfort.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with the Executive team, anticipating their needs and providing personalised assistance throughout their day.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations coordinating with various departments and ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the meetings.
• Ensure the meeting rooms are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
• The ability to handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure successful execution of any corporate events, including room setup, decorations, and any special requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in both 5* hotels, and in Private Service, would be desirable but not essential
• Friendly personality; a people’s person!
• Good listening & verbal communication skills
• Customer focused with a passion for offering outstanding service
• Works according to the BaxterStorey core values
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
