About the Chef de Partie role: Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling General cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills Monday to Friday Salary £34,000 per annum plus paid overtime 1.5 times The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
