Job Description Currently Hiring Part-time 7:30am - 3:30pm (Tues - Weds ; Weds - Thurs) Salary Range: $17 - $18 Description: The Hospitality Butler attends to the needs of residents living in our Serenade Neighborhoods in Assisted Living and Memory Care at a luxury senior living community in South Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, building relationships, and creating meaningful daily experiences for older adults. Responsibilities: Oversee meal ordering and execute room delivery service for Serenade residents. Serve breakfast and lunch while maintaining a high-level dining experience for residents. Clean and reset the dining room after breakfast and lunch (Memory Care only). Deliver residents’ mail, packages, and messages promptly. Be fully conversant with menus and scheduled activities. Assist in arranging resident transportation for medical or personal appointments when needed. Plan, host, and serve Social Hour for residents daily. Communicate with residents’ family members and loved ones as needed. Requirements: This is a 24/7 healthcare community; dependability and reliability are essential. Must have a positive attitude and a love for working with people. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Experience in customer service or dementia care is a plus. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED A valid state driver’s license and at least 5 years of licensed driving experience Minimum two years work experience/training in hospitality and/or customer service required Excellent leadership, communications, interpersonal and customer service skills An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. Responsibilities
