Our Hospitality Coordinator is the creative force behind those moments. They elevate hospitality by infusing generosity, creativity, and emotional connection into every guest touchpoint. They inspire the team to look for opportunities, act with intention, and create experiences that are as memorable as they are meaningful.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· 2+ years’ experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally in a fine dining, hotel, or membership-based environment
· Proven experience designing and delivering exceptional guest experiences
· Proficient with OpenTable and POS/reservation systems
· Comfortable with creative tasks like assembling gifts, hand-lettering, and light design
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays

GUEST EXPERIENCE DESIGN & EXECUTION:

· Personally greet and connect with guests; assist hosts in seating VIPs and special guests.
· Conduct facility tours and highlight the restaurant’s unique offerings.
· Design and execute personalized experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions.
· Send personalized cards and follow-up notes.
· Capture and photograph moments for internal use and brand storytelling.
