  Position Purpose and Summary We’re seeking a skilled temporary hospitality coordinator to join us for approximately 2.5 months from mid-April intermittently to the end of June . As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for crafting meal plans, cooking, cleaning and maintaining communal spaces for individuals and student groups renting the LLC during this time frame, at the request of the Director. Your role includes not only meal planning and cooking, but also the hands-on responsibilities of purchasing ingredients, laundry and room preparation, and working with staff to maintain the hospitality and cleanliness of the LLC building and grounds to create a welcoming environment. Contract Term: 2.5 Months (mid-April to end of June), Full time   Key Areas of Accountability Leadership and Team Management * Create cost effective meal plans and purchase all ingredients related to the plan * Work with LLC staff to ensure health and safety around food preparation * Set up and clean up for all meals * Aiding in cleaning and maintaining a hospitable environment for student groups and outside organizations renting the LLC * Be the main point of contact for student groups and outside organizations renting the LLC The Person   Skills and Abilities * Organized * Personable * Some experience in hospitality an asset * Some experience with cooking, cleaning and meal prepping for large groups * Responsible * Efficient * Responsive Personal Driven and inspired by the idea of positively impacting the various marketplaces of life through the development of godly Christian leaders by serving the Trinity Western University community.  A dedicated and mature evangelical Christian with an earnest desire to serve in family, church, work, and community.
