WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with:

• At least one year of experience in bar/event management and leading teams in the hospitality industry.
• A strong background in managing busy bar environments, with a sound knowledge of cellar management.
• A proven ability to train and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work on a shift basis, including some weekends (typically 1.5 weekends off in four).

As our new Hospitality Duty Manager, you’ll work closely with the Hospitality Manager to deliver an outstanding range of events, from conferences and weddings to private parties and dinners. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across our Riverside venue and balcony bar, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
• Leading and motivating a talented team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Managing a busy bar with a strong understanding of cellar management and drinks service.
• Taking charge of event planning and execution to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to lead from the front, ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained at all times.
