EXPERIENCED HOSPITALITY & EVENT STAFF ONLY

Event Staff Australia is seeking reliable, experienced hospitality professionals for casual, on-call roles in specific cities along the East Coast. Suitable applicants in each location may be invited to complete a paid trial shift to demonstrate their skills and fit.
This is temporary, flexible work at fun and fast-paced events — ideal for hospitality staff looking to pick up occasional shifts while staying sharp and earning on the side.
We work with private clients, venues, and brands to staff a variety of events — from home celebrations and milestone parties to venue events, corporate functions, and special occasions. When shifts become available, team members can choose to accept those that fit their schedule.

WHO WE HIRE

We’re seeking confident, capable hospitality and event professionals with proven experience in roles such as:

  • Standard Bartenders (cocktail experience highly regarded, but not required)
  • Cocktail Bartenders
  • Wait Staff / Food & Beverage Attendants
  • Kitchen Assistants
  • Promotional & Brand Ambassadors
  • Ticketing & Event Entry Staff
  • Event Setup & Operations Crew

All our staff are expected to be versatile all-rounders, ready to assist across tasks and adapt on the spot regardless of the specific role they’re booked for.
