GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Based in Dubai (required).

Responsibilities

HOSPITALITY DUTIES

  • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and VIP visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Arrange hospitality services for meetings (refreshments, room setup, cleanliness).
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and office presentation at all times.
  • Organize and manage VIP visits, events, and company gatherings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and facility management for hospitality needs.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES

  • Provide comprehensive support to senior management and executives.
  • Manage busy calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail.
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.

SECRETARIAL DUTIES

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital & paper) for confidential documents.
  • Draft, proofread, and format professional letters, memos, and reports.
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
