We currently have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned or aspiring Hospitality Experience Manager to join our Team with one of our leading Corporate Clients - Ernst & Young (EY). This role is more than just the basics, it requires someone with high energy, drive, commitment & a passion for service. We are looking for an operational leader to provide hands on support & mentorship to our ambitious Hospitality Team/s with the implementation of significant operational change which will take our teams to the next level. This role is based in Sydney but is also required to provide operational support & guidance to additional site locations in Brisbane & Canberra.

Responsibilities

ABOUT YOU - YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You must have had a minimum of 4 - 5 years Site Manager or Hospitality Leadership experience of one or more sites similar role in a large high profile corporate, retail or hotel environment.
  • You have operational experience & strong knowledge of Food & Beverage / Catering operations, Food & Beverage Retail or Café / Event & Reserve Management, Reception services or have a strong hotel background.
  • You are passionate about Food & Beverage, have active experience in this space & can mentor the up & coming talent.
  • You can create excellent client experiences – you can demonstrate your ability to make an impact & creatively respond to service opportunities.
  • You have proven leadership credentials including the ability to support and engage your teams to drive positive change.
  • You’ve got an authentic passion for service delivery – you must be able to see around corners and teach your teams to do the same.
  • You are highly flexible, deal easily with an ever changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure - you’ve got proven experience across a diverse range of operations and never loose your cool.
  • You want to have positive interactions with all clients – it’s part of your DNA.
  • You lead from the front – your team know who you are, what you expect and count on your guidance and support
  • You’re willing to take risks, open to learning new skills, being transparent and accountable for you and your teams actions – your achievements speak for themselves and you pride yourself on always challenging the status quo.
